Zhejiang Baoshi Casting Co., Ltd was established in 1995, specialized in aluminum alloy gravity casting ,low pressure casting and sand casting process. It is located in Yongkang city , Zhejiang province .1.5 hours from Hangzhou airport and 3.5 hours from Shanghai airport by car. Our company possesses 2 plants now . Plants 1 covers an area of 12000 square meters,7000 square meters building area. Plants 2 covers 38000 square meters floor area,42000 square meters building area, will be put into use by July 2013. Plants 1 possesses gravity casting machines, low pressure die casting machines, molding machine, heat treatment facility, CNC, numerical control lathes etc. Test equipments including: spectrograph, bending testing machine, tensile testing machine ,HB sclerometer ,Rockwell hardness test machine, CMM etc. We've got ISO9001:2000 international system certification. advanced equipments for producing ,machining and testing ,well trained operators ,perfect management system, create perfect products for all clients. Our products are sold far to Japan, Korea, USA, Germany, Holland etc countries . Our products' main fields of application are: automotive parts, power tolls outer shell, motorcycle hydraulic brake pump system, medical equipments, heavy equipment series etc. After July 2013, our plant 2 will be put into use .We will invest 15sets pouring type gravity casting machines,20sets low pressure casting machines, one 30tons resin sand molding line and 5sets continuous melting furnaces. For the machining facility, there will be 20sets vertical CNC,2 sets horizontal CNC,1set the 5-axes simultaneous CNC and 20sets numerical control lathes. For the testing facility, there will be 1set x-ray nondestructive detectoscope,1set Spectro spectrometer,1set universal testing machine and 1set Zeiss CMM. We are also going to get the certifications for ISO9001-2008 and TS16949 quality management system ,ISO14000 environmental management system and ISO18000 safety and health management system by 2014.
